At Mugstronomy, we’re committed to delivering your perfect mug moment quickly and securely.

1. Carriers & Rates
We use USPS with automated shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary)

Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or due to postal service delays.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations. If your location isn’t available at checkout, contact us.

5. Tracking
Tracking info is sent by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status through your store account.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us at info@mugstronomy.com. We’ll help resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Mugstronomy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
